there is absolutely no nutritional value to soda lol. Its like pure bad.  For me, it just started fuckin with my stomach so I quit it.  Not to mention, the little thread on here where the Kidney Stones came up...that helped me stop lol

you should drop down to none.  Diet Dr Pepper is probably damn near worse for u then regular Dr Pepper.  Nowadays I been drinkin mostly water, cranapple juice, etc.

I heard a story somewhere that if you drink a diet soda your body is preparing for an amount of sugar that it won't get, so you'll get a sort of munchies

All I drink is water. Sometime a glass of juice here and there. What really kills me is beer. I am trying to cut down on drinking but i can never resist the temptation when I am at a party situation with a bunch of girls and what not.
