Oxnard, Ca, rapper Down aka Kilo is bonafide sold, his last record "Definition Of An Ese" sold 70,000 albums, and the single off that album "Lean Like A Cholo" catapulted him to stardom selling over 800,000 tracks and 500,000 ringtones. "Definition Of An Ese" boasted a plethora of rap legendaries such as Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Crypress Hill, Cassidy, Bad Azz, Daz Daz Dillinger, MC Eiht, MC Ren, Suga Free, Tha Eastsidaz, Kokane, just to name a few.

Down once again enlists an all-star cast of guests for his new album "Cholo Skate": Snoop Dogg, Too Short, DJ Quik, Bo-Roc, and even the late great 2Pac. The album also boasts production from super producer Fingazz, known for his futuristic sound mixed in with old school funk. Additional production was provided by Konvict Muzik signee Detail.

The first single off the album is titled "Cholo Skate", the video features Charmed School bombshell Brittanya O'Campo.  The second single off the album "Put Your Locs On" ft Jah Free, now available on Itunes, is in the current vein of successful singles featuring auto-tune hooks with catchy production that engrains in your brain.
