penny was the first player i really became a fan of when i started following the nba in 1996, man that was a golden era of basketball. jordan, hill and penny were the main 3 back then as far as perimter superstars go. i watched th1 1998 all star game the other day and the ammount of legends playing in that game is staggering. jordan definatley passed the torch to kobe in that game. also all star games were played with a bit more pasion back then too.

How can you say Penny is a waste of talent? Dude just couldn't catch a break with the injuries. VC has been healthy for years, dude is just an underachiever.

Vince is not nearly as explosive as he was when he was younger...this is gunna happen to LeBron soon too, just watch. Injuring yourself in your prime=waste of talent.
