Are u talking for like 1 rep or 6-8 reps? i've never tried max lift. I workout 2 days on and 1 day off and my max right now for 6 reps are about 220 lbs freebench (not a wuss smit machine)Man some of ya guys lift some serious shit, i dont see many doing that, even the roid dudes at my gym
in that case i dunno... i don't really go for the weight, i go for the pump
Max 250lbs, i weigh 190lbs!!
250 i thinkbut i can do more if i bench more, right now i'm working on my triceps so benching has become less of a priority
