You might remember the rapper Perfecto "The Voice Of Inglewood" from being featured on dubcnn last year with his "Governmant Assistance" series. We've just received an update on him, regarding his new mixtape. He's linked up with DJ Nik Bean and DJ Qwesscoast to release a new tape called "The Rampart Scandal.
