If Warren wanted to do Regulate 2009, or Regulate Remix then he would have to re-do ALL of the vocals inc. His own, because Def Jam own the mechanical rights to the original. So how can Nate sing his parts when he's still recovering? Maybe Warren would have dedicated it to him.

This wasn't ever confirmed by Warren either

Take it easy, this was just an idea that warren talked about in an interview in order to celebrate the 15 th anniversary of that song.. i doubt he finally does it..
