New Daz Album

Is Anybody else dissapointed a lil bit with the Daz Who ride with us 2 comp?  I mean, it's alright, but nothin' mind blowing like I expected.  Just when I was really impressed with Daz, this album comes along and it's just mediocre.  The mp3's I've heard for his new EP though all sound dope.  Does anybody know production credits on the albums?  I'm thinking maybe Who Ride WithUs 2 was just Daz producing (or someone else) while his new EP has Mike Dean helpin' out.  Anybody know?

I don't think Mike Dean is helping wit the new Daz ep.  On the DPG forum, he made a post sayin he's been in texas while Daz has been doing his thing in LA.  So I don't think Mike Dean had a hand in WRWU 2 or the new ep, and I'm kind of glad, because this new ep could possibly be Daz's best album, but we'll make that judgement when the album drops

Yeah, I was dissapointed, but it does seem the new daz ep's gonna be dope.  I was very impressed by daz's last solo album.

daz hasnt so much been concentrating on producing alot of his work that will be coming out in the near future....like tizzle said his new EP is laced alot by LT, and daz does about 3 beats i think. the album is real good, i really like the sound of it, and i like his collaborative efforts with other producers ie: fredwreck on WRUVII and with LT on Love IN THese streets.  not to say that he isnt producing alot because he is, when i was at his house a while back he played a shit load of new shit that he has dropping on his black phantom lp, produced by him and soopafly, damn that shit was hot, ask Lil J i laced him with a snippet.  Also he has a shit load of material that he has already produced and dropped lyrics too, seriously he has a good 10 albums worth of material, some of it is crooked i, 2pac, other dpgs but a great majority is his own music, written, produced and performed by him it was crazy he had a box full of zip disks with raw beats produced by him...each disk has about 30 beats...he had at least 20 disks... right now he wants to pump out music to his fans as quick as possible so he is working with alot of DPG producers - soop, fred, lt, dogghouse producers.  its kinda cool how he explained it, he has like different sides of daz ie: daz dillinger, ie Dat nigga Daz, ie Daz ie Diggy Daz - all with different vibes almost...his albums come in moods and he works hard to pump out a quality product.  the who ride with us compalations are just a way of him showcasing his recent collabos, recent solo work and some stuff taht mite be hard to find....plus he still has a grip of dogg pound shit that will be released thru DPG Recordz. im telling u dude has a grip of material its just a matter of releasing it....stay on the lookout and stay tuned cuz his work as of lately is really good, nice newer production and a good job behind the pen.....pc!!!!

I really don't like that Daz is doing that much with Mike Dean. I mean, they are doing really good beats together, but Daz's self made beat from "R.A.W" for example are still way better. They sound more west coast and do still have that good old g-funk vibe in some places.
