Dr. Dre has been slapped with another lawsuit regarding the sampling on the Truth Hurts track "Addictive." Indian songwriter Bappi Lahiri accuses Dre of "cultural imperialism" for not giving credit to Third World artists. "The label simply took it for granted that Hindi music was something they didn't need pay for, that it could be used simply at will," says Anthony Kornarens, Lahiri's lawyer. Reuters.com
