I really dont see him going back to aftermath they fucked him over royally.He would have been a platinum artist had they dropped his album when shady was popping.

I dont think its a case of him suddenly getting better,but I think on interscope he was being pushed into being just another southern party and club type rapper.

yeah its funny the whole time he was on aftermath I was like what do they see in this guy?I had no interest in him at all really.Then Re-up dropped and by my side I was like damn this guy can spit but I still wasnt convinced.Then he gets dropped and he starts dropping hot tape after hot tape.And not only good music,but music with purpose.He talks about subjects that actually matter.My perception of him changed drastically.Problem is a lot of people still only know him from like dat and brush him off as nothing.

Stat is a classic example of how record labels restrict ability and force people to become something they aren't. For all we know Jeezy and Gucci Mane could be lyrically amazing. On second thoughts, nah.

Stat Quo got some dope songs, "The Came Up" had one one of the illest beats i've ever heard, and Stat, Obie Trice and 50 Cent was all tight on it. What was that track Stat Quo did with The Game back before "The Documentary" wasn't out and he wasn't even signed to G-Unit, that shit was bangin' like a muthafucka.

Well, while Aftermath may have fucked him over he clearly isn't holding grudges as he's working with Dr.Dre as a writer for Detox right now in Cali.  They flew him back out for a second time for an unknown amount of time - i.e when they no longer desire his services.
