that E-40 track with Kokane is called "Bout Cha Paper" and features Justified, not Knocturnal or Lil Bruce. tracks produced by T-Bone, thats why its so funky
heres a link to the dirty version, it was on a compilation called "Deep In The Game Affiliatez"

Please reveal. I totally know the original song fromt he melody but couldn't remember any of the lyrics to figure out what the song was. Other people have interpolated it too.
