#1 will be a Jay-Z/Eminem tie.

This list IS NOT SUPPOSED TO REFLECT SKILL just whose hot.

I would bump Raekown off the list and throw on Eminem.  Rae's entire marketing was influenced by Joe Budden.  If Rae can get the list then Budden might as well be on it too.
