G-Unit's Lloyd Banks has hinted at a possible collaboration with Joe Budden and Slaughterhouse for his upcoming mixtape, V5, despite the fact that Budden has verbally attacked him in the past.

Speaking on working with artists outside his camp, the "Punch Line King" said fans should expect a few surprises on the forthcoming mixtape.

"V5 will be up pretty soon...Features on the mixtape, I got Tony Yayo of course, I'm trying to get him on another one before we wrap up. Shout-out to Havoc, I got Havoc on there. Shout-out to Cormega, getting ready to get that linked up right now. We got Nipsey Hussle on board, once again, shout-out to Nipsey Hussle, the whole West Coast. And the rest is a secret, but we definitely gonna get it going. Shout-out to Beanie Sigel too, Freeway what's poppin'? Young Chris too, I'm down to work with everybody. And I just hollered at Slaughterhouse too, so we might get something on there before V5 come out. We giving people what they want to see." (This Is 50)

Budden said he met face-to-face with Banks over the weekend during 50 Cent's This Is 50 Fest at Governor's Island, New York.

"Nice talk w/ Banks...," Budden wrote Saturday night. "Whole lotta hip hop here.. Just what this game needed.. Thx Fif." (Joe Budden's Twitter)

Budden previously revealed his interested in linking with Banks for a collaboration over the summer.

"I wanna do a song with Lloyd Banks," Budden revealed in a live blog chat on Friday (July 3) afternoon alongside his friend/producer Dough Boy. "I gotta get him, pause. Yeah, that's what I want. I think he's ducking me. I think Banks was dope and then he fell the f*ck off and then he got right back up. So personally, for me, I would want to do a song with him. Nah, he don't got no personality. I'd have to see if I could tear him up [on a record]." (Blog TV)

Banks recently spoke on his overall anticipation to drop the upcoming mixtape and why his schedule has prevented him from doing more collaborations with artists.

"V5 -- this is my second double-disc this year," Banks said in an intervew last month. "This one I been working on. It's already done. I've been doing a few things on the side. I just did the 'Bandana' record with Maino and a few other things. I've just been working. That's been put in the cut; I'm hoping to do a couple of videos. I've always wanted to do those [with each mixtape project], but I'll get a call like 6, 7 in the morning saying I gotta go to Africa. (MTV)

A release date for V5 has not yet been announced.
