This.

And hope they got enough quality Nate verses and hooks to put him all over the album and not only a couple of hooks here and there.

A dedication album. Is he about to die soon?

I would guess more the latter. He had mentioned that he had alot of unreleased material on Nate so I am sure they could make songs around the hooks or full songs he already made. So in that sense, being that he cannot be there to record with him, they are dedicating the album to him.

Another 213 project sounds great to me, but I have a few comments first...

While I did really enjoy the first project, obviously the lack of Warren G production really threw off the album's appeal. Now, let's say Warren does all the production on the new project... That would be amazing. HOWEVER, if there is no Nate Dogg on it, that's another let down all together. I guess they could use unreleased or remixed material, but it would have to be TOP NOTCH.

Am I against the project? No, not at all. However, unless it's done in a way that can make up for the last album's downfalls, is it even worth it?

Defacto

imho i don't think this project is going to happen anytime soon, though i'd love to hear it

"We could do a record right now, ‘cause I still got tracks with Nate that I had forever, a bunch of ‘em. But I’d rather just wait for him to recover fully so we can get the new raw Nate, but if it takes longer than we expect me and Snoop could still do the record and we could dedicate the record to Nate and still have him involved with the records that I’ve done that I do have him on."
