it all started a couple months after pac died... a number of reason's...

kadafi's killing (at the hand of napolean's cousin) fatal blamed the outlawz and mostly napolean for not acting on it enough

then he said that he would of done more to stop pac from stomping on that guy at the MGM and said that it should of been one of the outlawz to do it not pac.

He accused the outlawz of going against pac's wishs by signing for Deathrow.
You're correct, though to elaborate a little bit...

1.  He was upset enough that it was Napolean's own cousin who had accidentally killed Kadafi, and he was even more pissed that they were so accepting of it and trying to get him to leave the guy alone when Fatal was actually strapped and hunting for the guy on Napolean's block.
2.  He said that the Outlawz should've been by Pac's side that night.  They weren't present at the time of the assault on Orlando, and according to Fatal, Pac should've had one of the Outlawz step to the guy, or even one of Suge's own Pirus should've done it, but not Pac or Suge specifically.  And even if that were to happen, he was saying that it was their job to have watched out for him and ridden in the car.  This point was brought up during a jailhouse interview that Fatal did with streethop.com, saying that he was pissed when there was some Outlawz song that came out where they rapped about wishing that they could've been there with Pac, but Fatal's argument was that they WERE there with Pac and he ended up dead and that they failed in every way possible that night.
3.  It wasn't just that the Outlawz signed to Death Row after Pac died (against Pac's wishes), but he had indicated that they were always too eager to sign a record deal and make some cash, while Fatal was just chilling (and hustling on the side for extra cash) and just happy to have been hanging out with Pac and making appearances on songs and videos.
4.  He was also pissed about the Outlawz having patched things up with people like Mobb Deep.  Fatal has said that while their whole crew butted heads with A LOT of people in the industry, he had left a lot of stuff behind him, though even to this day he said he would never be cool with Mobb Deep or anyone from Bad Boy.  Keep in mind that he even praised Jay-Z for leaving the Pac issue alone and also retracted his negative comments about Snoop.

i met Napoleon and he talked about how there was a "war" going on etween his block (where his cousin Roddy lived at) and Kadafi's block (Where Fatal lived at)

^ Interesting... that's consistent with what has been said so far.  Also in one of Fatal's interviews, he did state that at first, he was really trying to kill the guy, but after the tension calmed down, he just wanted to beat the guy up in a fist fight, which I'm assuming he did, based on the way he talked about it.

^ That makes sense... Havoc is usually chill while Prodigy seems to typically be the one who talks the most shit... and also ends up getting punked because he can't back his shit up.  Let's not forget how he got robbed in New York for his chain (supposedly in his own city), beat up by Krayzie Bone (of Bone Thugs), somewhat exposed by Jay-Z (at Summer Jam), then his crew got completely disrespected by Tru Life and his crew.  So I can see why Fatal still doesn't respect them, particularly Prodigy.

i don't think all of them signed to death row. didn't fatal, big syke and possibly a 1 or 2 others follow pac's wishes and not sign on death row?

before pac signed the deathrow papers, rated t & mac didnīt want to fuck with suge, because of sugeīs image, then Dramacydal+Thug life (Syke&Mopreme) changed into Outlaw Immortalz ( Hussein Fatal,Kadafi,Kastro,Napoleon,Edi,Syke,Mopreme&Storm) then Outlawz (Hussein Fatal,Kadafi,Kastro,Napoleon,Edi & Young Noble).

after pacīs death, the lawz was signed 3 years at the row, although pac told them not to sign there. while/after Still I Rise the lawz left deathrow and released Ride with us or collide with us indie. Fatal was credit. in still i rise but his verse was raped by noble or just deleted by afeni because fatal lost or didnīt got the contact with afeni. in 2001 Novacane came, there was a song "Loyalty" the lawz(Edi,kastro, napo&Noble where the left members) jabed fatal on that one, because fatal felt betrayed because no one from the lawz visted fatal in jail (jail time 99-02) and the lawz sqaushed the beef with mobb depp & the lawz where involed in a drama situation with diddy at the vmaīs in 2001(remember the 2pac/Biggie remembering with run-dmc,naughty by nature, jarule, busta etc?) diddy was also there, in the mic check before the acutual performance napoleon snachted the mic brutaly from diddy and yelled some jabs into the mic to the enemies of pac. so then the lawz and bad boy talked behind closed doors and of course the night in vegas.these things was the tension between the lawz & fatal. at the end in 02 they sqaused this bull shit and moved on.the people in here needs to move on 2.

They did, but Fatal didn't.  But the bitch move was that after that footage was released, Prodigy was still taking shots at Pac on mixtape songs.  I remember that very clearly.

Fatal was always easily the best member of the group.Napoleon was second best.Kadafi was over rated becaue he was dead.

LMAO

Kadafi was the best Outlaw, right after Pac!

They all had potential, but Pac died too soon, before the outlawz really grow and stay on their own
