That's definitely the case.  There's no way that nine-figure stash just disappeared.

I actually had to meet with an estate planning attorney a couple of weeks ago, and he was explaining to me what his job is and how it works.  It's pretty much in line with what Suge did, and without mentioning who and what, I just asked if certain things were possible to do.

What some people do is to set themselves up with a trust and to establish themselves as an LLC.  This way, if people are suing you or at least after your money, they have to go through your LLC and trust before they can touch you, because it's almost as if there are multiple entities.  This costs money to pursue, and for smaller cases (anything for a five-figure amount to the very low six-figure amounts), it's almost too much of a hassle to go after the money.  However, in the state of California, there is a law that allows you to hit each level simultaneously rather than going through one at a time, from the bottom level to the top (which is ultimately the person's bank account and assets).

When you have more money, you can pay more to have it tucked away better.  At this point, it would cost several thousand to create a trust/LLC based out of another state (usually Nevada) that has different laws that do not allow you to hit each level for money, so you'd have to go through each, one at a time, again costing money and being very time consuming.

With as much money as he had been hoarding, Suge did what a lot of people do when they have several hundred million and have a high likelihood of getting chased after for money... setting up offshore accounts.  Again, it's even harder to pursue entities based overseas, and it costs even more money to pursue while dealing with international laws (kind of like how "legal" bootlegs that are disguised as imported albums are able to get by, since it's too hard to pursue them).

Whoever managed Suge's assets was probably paid handsomely, as when you're someone like Suge (who already has a questionable history) and in the process of hiding money to keep it away from creditors and others (which is usually enough of a reason to get most estate planning attorneys to refrain from helping you), it would be hard to find someone qualified to legally carry out your requests willing to do it.

Alot of you think the fact that Suge still has some money means he is happy as hell.. I'm sure dude is comfortable but Suge is also a competitor..That is how he was able to along with Dre, make DR as huge and profitable as it was..If he had not fucked with Dre after he left, with Snoop after he left, even with Daz (ok, I'm stretching it a little), all them dudes would have still worked with him after DR fell apart...Even his biggest enemy Diddy is still in the game and stackin chips.. Suge has taken alot of L's lately both physically and business wise and I know it fucks with him...That is why u see dude and even though it looks like he is partying hardy, dude is DRUNK most of the time. Imagine the fact that Suge was at times oppressing them dudes in one way or another and now he is at the bottom looking up. i agree, he's taken a long hard fall but life isn't over yet for the guy...that is unless someone takes him outta his misery....either way the has enjoyed life & done a lot more in a short time than most of us will do in a lifetime...
