Why do almost every Rapp nigga I see SMOKIN a Blizze blow most of tha smoke out before inhaling did niggaz forget how to smoke?

maybe they've got too much weed... maybe cause it looks cool... maybe in case shit, so they can defend themselves like bill clinton, sayin they wasnt inhalin  ;)
