I agree with Cham, when I was growin up in was Kraft Mac n Cheese (still 99 cents a box!!), ramen noodles, fried bologna sandwiches, those cheap ass pot pies in the all white boxes, fish sticks, that paper thin lunch meat that u could almost see through, etc...
