We dont got any Safeways or Luckys down here anymore I think. Safeways has been Vons for years now.  Out of your list tho, id have to go with the fast food joints. Probably Taco Bell.

The bathrooms at my local public parks are fucking horrible.  Most of the time there is a ton of shit in the toilets...like pilled up so high it's above the water level.  Or you get the classic shit in the urinal/sink.  I would hate to work for the county parks & rec and have to clean that shit...literally.

I live near a Safeway that's like 50 years old, I don't even think about using their facilities.  The nastiest restrooms I've seen are usually in nightclubs.  I was in one once that had ankle deep water on the floor lol.  Someones puke clogged the toilet.
