no - Dre has 1 of the weakest voices in Hip Hop, haven't u noticed by now he sounds/tries extra hard to sound extra hard/serious  lol

The only people who don't realize Dre has a great rap voice are those who hold it against him cause he don't write his own rhymes (smart in my opinion, stay in your lane), or who only see him as a producer. For instance, Jay-Z is a talented rapper (some say the best of all time) but I would take Dre's voice over jay's weak ass voice anyday.

Agreed (well except the Jay part). Dre's voice convey's a certain level of authority and confidence when he raps. Thus why most of the lyrics people write for him sound like his bragging and saying fuck those who dont agree, almost sounding arrogant.

Dre never wanted to be a rapper it was Eazy E (who ironically was pushed by Dre into being a rapper himself) who pushed him to rap on tracks as well. You can be a great lyricist, but its the voice that can matter the most. Like Game. he's not the best lyricist (he aint as bad as some say either) but his voice and charisma is what makes him one of the bigger names in rap
