Top 3 Snoop Tracks Since Last Meal?
« on: October 24, 2009, 09:59:50 PM »
I kind of thought Snoop fell off after The Last Meal album, but Im realizin that Blue Carpet Treatment and 213 The Hard Way were solid Snoop albums, that featured several bangers...

Top 3

1. ""Vato""- This track just reminded me that Snoop is and always will be the best at gangsta rap.  After all these years he can still come hard and come wit fresh material like this is really a testament to his longevity in the game.

2.  "Mary Jane"- I boycotted the 213 album because Warren G wasn't a producer but I'm just now seeing what I missed out on.

3.  "Dollar Bill"- Another 213 track, Snoops verse displays his versatility that young rappers don't have.  The ability to rap comfortably about money without throwing it in the fans faces, but making you feel like your one of his homies splittin a blunt with him.

Vato to me is classic snoop !

Agreed...

What's weird though... I was in a club while ago.. just drinking & chillin with couple of my friends. DJ had played FloRida & shit like that the whole time and all of a sudden Vato starts. Kinda odd to se girls dancing to that track...

Wow, too many songs to choose from really.

Off the top:

The One and Only (Snoop rips it DOGGYSTYLE on this one, great energy and a dope Premo beat)

MLK- off the 213 album, love that joint right there

Can't Say Goodbye  (rare to hear Snoop in this light.......great chorus, nice raps, smooth song)

It's not a Snoop solo joint, but I always dug Dogg House America from that one Doggystyle All Stars compilation.
