Ice Cubes>Kurupts. Though I did like the reincarnated beat.
hit em up was funnier
Hit em up is mostly just Aggression and content that's more personal. Vaseline was just a tirade, built off raw aggression and anger and telling the truth about Jerry Hella. Hit em up was more personal given "I fucked your bitch" shit, but Vaseline was harsher, cause what he said was later confirmed to be the truth. It was only a rumor Tupac fucked faith.

Not really personal at all aside from that one line. Think about it this way, If you take out the line about fucking Biggie's wife, you could subsitute the name of any rapper and still have it work. No Vaseline was a truly personal record, dissing Dre and Yella's past, Eazy and Heller not paying him his dues, N.W.A.'s credibility, etc.And Dre-Day, Ice Cube had to get a lawyer and legally get the money that Heller didn't want to give him. So obviously there's truth to it.
