i mean, it's cool having Dr. Dre behind the nigga but the styles just dont mesh like u would think Dre is tryna accomplish (being a perfectionist and all).  Black Milk's production screams Bishop's name anyways, way better than any track I've heard him do with Dr. Dre or the Aftermath Production Team (well most anyways).  Cuzzo should just do it, fuck Dre, fuck Interscope; fuck Aftermath/G Unit/Shady, and fuck going' all of the way mainstream (or trying to get there).  The nigga got mad talent but me personally, I think if Bishop wants to be successful on his own and make a brand for himself without constantly and forever being synonymous with Dr. Dre then he should do it (he still got plenty of time to do it).  Bcuz right now that's how his legacy is gonna play out; just another nigga that had potential to be on his own star but stayed under Dr. Dre's shadow/mind game/pawnship and lost out.  The nigga Dre ain't the GOAT nomore, and I damn sure ain't forgot about Dre ya dig.

Bishop and Black all day, they could be the 2020 Guru/Preme... the styles that they have go 2getha like Guns and Bullets, u laff but that's real talk, it's straight fire every time.  My advice to Bishop, leave Dre immediately, drop something with Black immediately (or whoever the budget calls for at tha time, but Black would b better) and move out on your own.  You have a name in tha rap game, use it.  Dr. Dre/Interscope are just stagnating the truth that could be brought to this game (when u think about Hip Hop as a whole).  Bishop & Black bring something new and fresh to Hip Hop.

And fuck wit' niggaz on the East Coast too, u get love out here.  Homie got tha right flow for our style of instrumentals.

hell yeah, son dont need Dre, nobody needs Dr. Dre anymore.  he's just fuckin his own career up staying over at Aftermath.  I like Bishop, I wanna see the nigga do bigger shit bcuz of the image/message he represents; and of course get some bangin ass music in tha process.  Him & Dre just don't sound as good as him and Black do or anybody else he's workd with over the years.

I've never known of anyone leaving a label just based off the fact that they wanted to. Thing is labels don't just hand out money on contracts for artists and then let them go do whatever because they've had a change of heart or think they can succeed better on their own or with a different label. So it's a nice thought but unless Dre decides Bishop ain't working out, he probably ain't going nowhere.

Not a fan of dude at all but it wouldnt be a bad idea

i mean Slaughter House is really doin things considering the fact that they dont have that major powerhouse backin them up

and they still out there gettin it doin all kinda tours, doin BET and whatnot

i think if Bishop did this, but at the same time using the right tools to get by (internet etc) then he prolly would be more succesful. As long as he dont go the "ima diss everybody" route.

things aint lookin to bright for him over at Aftermath

i personally think dude is pretty wack and it doesnt have anything to do with the fact that he doesnt have the "gangsta persona" or whatever, but people always seem to think that. I just think that dude lacks the "it factor" (ie Nipsey Hussle), nothin about him stands out both on and off the mic, which is why its hard for the public to really like dude. U could make the same argument abotu G Malone..but thats arguble.

but at the same time cant go wrong with any Westcoast music out there

I think this pretty much sums up Bishops situation over @t the math. SOON something needs to pop off already, when the confessional dropped bishop had a tremendous amount of buzz, Dre should pushed it w/ dropping the Reformation shortly thereafter, but instead he flaked-off which is the only things he's (Dre) good at now. also now we're dealing w/ the potential of this Slim The Mobster kat having an Aftermath album before Bishop has a chance to shine unless there's some situation where they're both going to be heavily featured on Detox like Hittman & Snoop were to either of tha Chronics, then that'd be dope cuz Slim is street/hood and all that, whereas Bishop is like a 'make you think' type of rapper like the kats from wu-tang are... 8) that would be the best route to go, instead of Dre shelving the Reformation like he did w/ Hittman & Stat, which were HUGE devastation's to real & true hip-hop, imo! and it kinda looks like that's whats going to end up happening anyway, Dre need to come-out & say straight-up I endorse this nigga w/ bishop to quell the departure rumors. as well as announce a more sophisticated approach to future Aftermath releases, this shit is getting retarded!  :loco:

Having Dr.Dre isn't a necessity, it's the other in-house producers at Aftermath that really help Bishop's overall sound.  I don't care if he's fucking with Dre as long as he's down with khalil, mr. porter, focus, and black milk just to say a few.

Though, I think he'll be fine with or without them.

Fuck an album with Black Milk. He should do an entire album with J. Wells; no guest rappers.

Dre and Bishop would be dope. The problem is that its not going to happen. He needs to move on and go indie.
