It's hilarious how people are making out "The Next Episode" to be the greatest musical composition that has every been created on Earth...funniest part of this thread
I just don't see how they can call it "produced by Dr. Dre". If they just had Crook spit over an old instrumental and Dre didn't do nothing with the accapella, didn't approve the vocals, didn't add any sounds to it. That's just pretty much a mixtape track. Like all them dudes who freestyle over the Deep Cover beat. But that's kind of how Death Row era stuff is. You can take some decent track that Pac recorded or Dre produced and because we don't have a CD-quality version of it, it's the most unbelievable thing people ever will hear.

Donno who picks those tracks for Deathrow compilations, they put Crooked I freestyling over NEXT EPISODE OG beat and they have like 100 of his finished songs there like Bang On Em, Raw Dawgs, Crook Show, Jack 101, I Love The Ghetto...etc

I'm not sure how down he is, but it's obvious WideAwake wants to release his material as an album of some sort, so maybe they're trying to save some of his material for the sake of that project.
