bored on this Thanksgiving Eve. Pops cooking the stuffing right now lol.

Decided to bump LAX Deluxe Edition once again after a while. Just some random thoughts.

Ludacris lyrically raped Game on Ya Heard. No homo.

I actually dig the variety of sounds and styles on this album. The guests fit the tracks for the most part.

State Of Emergency is sonically one of my favs tracks the past couple years. Even if it is basically a remix of Ghetto Bird. I always wanted them to remix it with Cube and WC submitting verses.

Letter To The King has grown on me ALOT.

Nas seems more like a musical influence to Game the more I listen to him. There are times I can't tell the difference between them.

Overall not his best effort but still a dope album IMO. More thoughts later, bumping Camera Phone right now.

I was bumpin' this album last week when I was at the gym... I couldn't agree more although I always thought it was a dope album but far from his best

Yeah I think instead of just making a more cohesive album like Doctor's Advocate, LAX is just him working with artists he respects. Similar to Theater Of The Mind from Luda. I don't mind the amount of guests as long as the songs have some sort of theme and purpose to them.

Not his best album but I still liked it. Letter to the King, Dope Boys, Let Us Live, Game's Pain, Money, Camera Phone, My Life, and State Of Emergency are all dope tracks IMO.

Only on Dubcc can a album with songs like "Letter To The King", "Angel", "My Life", "Let Us Live", "Dope Boyz", "LAX Files", "State Of Emergency" and "Bulletproof Diaries" ...."awful", "terrible", "worst album of the year" and shit


the only thing the album lacked was DIRECTION


cuz Game was obviously tryin to crossover with a few songs


but still when DJ Quik and Kurupt did it recently with that song they shot a video for, and Snoop do it or anybody else..then its alright

Angel = dope beat, amazing common verse + 2 lame verses by Game overusing a lame cliche about hip-hop with the man who popularised the phrase ( GAME IS SO CLEVER!!!?!?!!)

My Life = snooze fest

Let Us Live = ass, the chorus does not match the content of his verses.  not a bad beat

LAX Files = can anyone really take this song serious?

I call him Lorenz Tate, and he ain't never been in no gang
But he been in my house house, and he sat on my couch couch
While I put one in the air so yeah that nigga know what I'm 'bout, 'bout

State of Emergency = Game remakes an Ice Cube song...how nice of him

Bulletproof Diaries = the second half of this song has better lyrics than the first


Letter to the King = i hate to say this but this song was ruined by name dropping rihanna and this dumb dumb dumb line,

I wish I could smack him on his head when he thought of this line.


Old boy needs an editor and someone to guide his pen skills.   Hopefully being back with Interscope he'll have this

how is it the stupidest comment? you're actually trying to advise someone who has written multi-platinum albums on how to do things, like he's doing it all wrong. i'm not saying another artist couldn't come up with something better, nor am i saying it is his best line. but for you to talk like he's pretty much flopping is plain ridiculous.

And Game Haters will be Game haters......I dont understand how somone could hate on Game when hes dropped The Doc. which is better than any Chamillionaire album, and dropped Doc Advocate another album better than any Cham album, and dropped countless dope mixtapes, and then he drops one album thats kinda subpar but still has its moments....Not to mention he gave Ya Boy, Clyde, Eastwood, Jay Rock, Nippsey Hussle, Juice, X.O, and lots of other Westcoast acts ALOT of exposure, Hate on him if you will but Game has done alot for the Coast...Im not a Game stan, just stating the obvious.

And Why are you in evry Game thread if all you do is have some negativre shit to say about him? Im not going to go to a Chamillionaire thread just to talk shit on him. If you dont like the artist why bother going to a thread about him?
