depends on the meaning of underground.you mean like people who aren't played on the radio or people who really aren't known?because i don't consider guys like Budden & Rae & Royce "underground" rappers.but a young group like Inverse, dropping a dope ass CD; that shit was ill.regardless of what you actually mean, either way it's true.
