guys my weight is still going down,............and guess what?I saw someone that weighed about 800 and I said some very encouraging things to her,told her if she buys a lot of vegetable and fruit(especially fruit) and got her bowels to move alot(thats the key)then she would take some of that weight down..........I am hoping she takes my advice cuz you can have heart attacks at her weight.......
