for the record, GTA IV is still selling very well, so that's not the problem.note that there are no expansion packs for GTA IV PC either, so it's not like gamers moved on to the latest thing.i can only think of two things that have a negative influence on the amount of players:-no proper anti-cheat protection-no dedicated server support
I stick to SA-MP, at least that has regulations.

Right now, they are working on merging San Andreas together with Vice City and Liberty City. The speeds aren't bad, but it's ping based.
