If Kurupt really didn't fall off then he just don't care about his output, on which his rap is SHIT way too often. Or he really need somebody like Terrace to bring it out of him.

Either way, for me as a listener it's only about the music. And the product sucks many times in case of Kurupt. Honestly I check everything he drops with Terrace Martin cuz it's heat everytime, but other than that...
