^^Hack have you ever heard of Tyreke Evans before??  As a 20 year old he is already better than the majority of your list and has the potential to be a top 3 or 4 player in the entire league in the next few years, he is that good.  That list is a joke w/out Evans, I respect your sports knowledge but educate yourself with Tyreke Evans.  He is already WAY better than D. Rose no doubt and I think Rose is an awesome player.

seriousley tho billups is a no brainer for the all star game to me, people just look at his stats even in his best years at detroit wernt mind boggling. but when you watch him play you see how the point guard posistion should be played, he plays the game within the game and of all the point guards in the league he has the best sence of "pace". he controls the tempo so well in terms of when to get so and so the ball, what play to run, should we push the bull? should i pull up for a 3?

also one of the most underated comodities of a point guard in the league is there ability to post up, especialy in the modern era, billups can cause all kinds of problems for a defence when he has the ball on the block, very hard to defend against.

Stats don't lie. Billups was next in line in the West for me. Of course there are a few better PGs in the league than him in my opinion but you have to go off performance for the All Star game. Its about who deserves to be there, not who the best players are. Of course, the votes don't always work like that as we all know!

evans is more of an off guard to me, he isnt truly a combo guard like wade either.
