Definitely a reenactment.. I will credit Vh1 for getting the clothes accurate and actors that look similar to them. Having a front mounted ambulance camera just wasn't a common thing in '96.. it would of been a huge ass camera not to mention having to put in fresh tapes all the time.. lol
