I'm pretty sure he meant right now no-one would dare say the shit Cube was saying back in those days.

I can't think of one emcee who is relevant and well known who'd come out with this stuff now. The only name who would go close to it would be underground names like Paris (who has been around since Black Korea came out anyway), and even he has toned it down in recent times.
