And the most ridicioulus thing is that going the commercial route hasn't worked for him since R&G. I am 100% shure that he would ATLEAST sell as good as Malice in... with a pure gangsta album.

there's nothing wrong with following trends, as long as it comes out original.  besides Snoop set tha trend for being a fly ass nigga.  b4 Snoop, everybody was political, partyin', and shootin' pumps with they fist up.  Tha DPG/Snoop came in and broaded the horizon for the mainstream and show'd muthafuckaz how to be cool.  MIW probably might be one of the worst Snoop records but I'm not 12 anymore, I'm not "new" to Hip Hop anymore... and even still there's alotta young listeners out here that know about ALL of the old shit and who's to say they don't like his older shit like we do or if they ginuwinly prefer the newer shit more, y'all NY niggaz hated on that Cali shit when it first came out, and all of that wasn't just competition. 


Snoop doesn't have to work with so and so anymore (it's clear) all Snoop should do is just put whatever sounds good on the album, not something that only caters to so and so, if it don't sound tight why bother.
