So why is it blue carpet treatment his last gangsts rap album,went platinum,and since hes gone completely pop both his albums have failed to go gold?

Plus if Snoop's music was for the most part gangsta rap, I don't think it would be that great. It would sound forced, because he's not that hungry MC anymore that was living that street life like he was when he first came out.

Overall Malice wasn't his best effort by any means, but 2 of its singles (I Wanna Rock and Gangsta Luv) are 2 of the biggest hits in hip-hop over the last year or two. And IMO they're both dope as fuck.
