not sure what you mean, are you talking about the one with mouse that turns blue on screen? if so, you just click that and move around the screen with the mouse (outside of the screen box) and click the button.

the answer is the 17 circled............

I got to the octopus it needs to be colored...........

I got blue,orangeand green but I can't figure out the other colors........
