Slept on album of 2002...
« on: December 01, 2002, 04:27:37 PM »
Man Vs. Machine...Fuck the haters this shit is dope...Last I checked it went gold but is quickly falling off the charts...Xzibit has to release something big to get it to platinum status...I think his last album sold what 2 million?...That would be a pretty big dropoff...

I'm not sure how that album qualifies as slept-on.

I'd say something like I.N.I. or Non Phixion.

^^^^my definition of slept on is...not recognized , something tight that people chose to not bring up or pay attention to....

Luniz - Silver & Black

hardly anyone brings this up...its a real tight album...sure it aint Operation Stackola...but its got nothin but bangers...

word non phixion was hot as fuck. funny thing is they didn't even bother to put on the classics from the independent 12 inches minus black helicopters.

I should have thought about it more before I made this post...I think Thug World Order qualifies as slept on...I mean it's obvious not too many bought it and I think it's hella underrated...Much better than their last album Ressurection...

Tha Relativez - Takeover

This CD is a hidden gem... VERY tight production. I still bump to it regularly. For sure, this album is one of the most slept on

Yup, I've been trying to tell homies the EXACT same thing for awhile now. If anyone needs it, I got real copies of the album with the book and everything....retail copies. PM me if you're looking for it, I'll hook you up cheap.
