duck sick is a play on words. Switch the 1st letter of each word = "suck dick". Also I remember this one used to be popular, "tig old bitties" = "big old titties".

It's actually a way to avoid censorship, as well as being slang.

"Suck my dick" on MTV = "**** my ****"
"Sick my duck" on MTV = "Sick my duck"
