 Its tha truth! iam gettin older and feeling the effects myself so everybody need to slow down when you get older......almost all of my freinds and me have problems, weather its physical or mental or both....
 All these rappers having strokes and hert attacks is kinda a scarey wake up call, but cant say iam gona change nothin, guess with rappers its bad cos its not just habbit/addiction/life stye/the fact they got money, its part of their image also..
