That's actually one of the best arguments, but when they mention polygamy isntead of hooking up with animals lol. The only response to that is that polygamy isn't socially accepted either. We live in a monogamous society, and it's going to take a hell of a lot to move away towards that. Certainly, allowing gay people to marry would be an extremely small stepping stone to that.

That's a small percentage of Mormons who still believe in Polygamy. They actually get banned from the Church if they find out there is a family practicing polygamy.
