I'm honestly thinking about writing a big book on Death Row Records, so we never have to deal with these rumors and shit again.

lmao!!
yup, n im goin to write a book on Bad Boy Records - how bout havin the same release-date for both of our books, n see which one is doin better?  ;D
we can have a book-signing together too..  ;)

Well, sir, Ronin Ro wrote a book about Death Row in which most everything was biased or turned out to be speculation. It's not that hard to get a book written or published, Mr. Ignorant.

true true.. but ronin's been in the industry a long ass time. he's a known name which helps get that deal.

however. it is obvious he was sloppy as hell with his book including believing too much from people like ben baller..

yeah u always seem to drop knowledge about tha row & always providing links to new 2pac leaks. +1

how do u know so much about tha row anyways?

I had a few friends that worked at the RMG/Death Row UK division, plus some friends who worked at the U.S. division. I've spoken to mountain loads of artist, and most of them actually get along with me because I try to help them. Only artist I was really never able to get down with was Sam Sneed. Also, yeah Ronin Ro's work was sloppy as fuck, Seer. Lol.

95% bullshit but I'll break a few of them down anyway.

Stretch’s boss E Money Bags snitched on Pac during The Rape Trial. Others also rumor Stretch did as well which caused Pac to end their friendship after getting out of Jail. Many also say E Money Bags got Stretch hooked on Crack in 95 before he died. After his death & the break up of Live Squad. E Money Bags eventually created G-Unit with Marvolous AKA Tony Yayo, 50 Cent, Wax-A-Million & Bang’Em Smurf. Later Wax left & 50 replaced him with Lloyd Banks, E Money Bags died, Bang’Em was kicked out & replaced by Young Buck who had just left Juvenile’s UTP Playaz who had originally collaborated with 50 & many say 50 stole their swag for G-Unit.

Bang Em was not an artist on G-Unit so he couldn't be replaced with anyone. He was one of 50's business partners and him and Buck were over there at that same time. Buck was actually an artist that 50 was scouting and wasn't going to pursue because of his relationship with Juvenile but then he found Juvie was pursuing Banks so he went ahead with it. He started as a G-Unit label artist but was put in the G-Unit group because Yayo was locked up and 50 wanted to do the G-unit group album after "Get Rich" became such a hit.

During Kurupt’s return to Death Row. Soopafly & Daz planned to become Tha Pound. They released 1 song on the What’s The Worst That Could Happen Soundtrack.
The first part is true but the second half is false. Daz and Soopa did do a soundtrack song for "Nothing To Lose", which came out in 1997, more than four years before Kurupt went back to Death Row. Daz and Soopa were frequent collaborators and likely recorded hundreds of songs together.

During Trey-Dee splitting up with Snoop & joining IV Life. Along with Jayo Felony & Daz’s beef. Suge planned to make Trey-Dee & Jayo as Tha Thug Pound. The group only did 1 song called Way 2 Crazy released on Rush Hour Soundtrack. Although they recorded 4 songs for the Thug Pound album on Death Row. None have leaked. The 2 have also collaborated on Ride Or Die with Yukmouth & Spice-1 & were both on Got Beef the number 1 single off Tha Eastsiderz debut album which didn’t feature Goldie Loc.
"Rush Hour" came out in 1998 before the Eastsidaz had ever even dropped an album. Jayo was still on Def Jam and was fuckin' with DPG at that point. Jayo was scouted for Death Row because of his beef with Snoop but nothing ever materialized. Tray Deee never did anything with Death Row. His issues with Snoop didn't reach their boiling point until around 2004 and by the time they did, he was embroiled in so many legal issues that he wasn't doing much music. At that point, Kurupt was over there and he made no mention of them ever working together outside of the original DPG days.

Understood, but they were not listed as "Tha Pound" on the Nothing To Lose soundtrack. I think that the original list was referring to them as an official group, not just two emcees collaborating together.
