Definitely Royce. He had some of his best one-liners on that track, and he can match Eminem in flow, intensity, and style where Jay-Z just comes off like a plain.

royce prolly had a better verse but the jayz version of the song flows a lot better. i just wanna add that beans is a BEAST on the mic, no wonder he outshined jay a bunch of times.
