I actually like Drake better than Wayne. But I wonder if he really did blow up on his own or if it was just a publicity stunt and he was signed to young money the whole time? If he really was unsigned I don't see why Wayne would invest so much into an artist that didn't want to sign to his label at the time, it doesn't seem like a smart business move.
I laugh at those that think freestyle is just off the dome.

I'd say 50% of freestyles are written and there's nothing wrong with that. It only becomes stupid if someone is passing it off as if they HAVE made it up on the spot.

It really depends on the context of the situation. The problem is most situations are set up to look like off the dome when they're really not and they should be.
