Kobe is definitely the best hook guy out of the westcoast right now, nobody else is even close.Nate is gone and butch hasnt done shit lately. And like Tpain,he doesnt need auto tune but he uses it well,it adds to his vocals it isnt his everything.

Nate >>>> Kokane >>>> Butch > Knoc

top 4

Kobe could jump Knoc if he keeps killin' shit but it'll be tough to get in that top 3

Nate is the king of hooks.

But i really enjoy Kobes hooks at the moment. And the autotune isnt obvious. He does it well.

All of the greats have been mentioned already.  Obviously Nate Dogg is king, but I've got love for Butch Cassidy, Kokane, Bo-Roc, Jelly-Roll and all of the female hook singers from the DR era.

Kobe kills all the hooks he does. I mean, it's a long way to Nate Dogg status butwho's doing it better right now?

And XL Middleton is not an outstanding vocalist but he definately got the melodies!

Kobe does kill

kobe is from the west coast? is there any dope songs that got that westcoast flavor that has him in it?

Nate Dogg hands down.

Levitti, Mike Marshall, & Matt Blaque from the bay.

Jewell & Michel'le were on some major hits in their day.

Montell Jordan, people kinda forget he's west coast.
