Best: Ice Cube/2Pac
Worst: ?...not sure, many could fit this title

East
Best: Rakim
Worst: Too many, take your pick from RR, Murder Inc. Benzino

West
Best: Too hard, but definatly someone from the extended family of the likwit committee. King Tee is dope and has been around for long enough to be the best but Xzibit used to always be dope but is now inconsistant. Defari is too inconsistant (when he's bad he's shit, when he's good he's amazing). Ras Kass comes is one of the best lyricists of all time but when he attempts commercial raps :(. Evidence and Rakaa haven't been releasing music for long enough but theyve both bring major heat. Phil Da Agony can come up great bragging/battle rhymes, but thats all i've really heard from him. Krondon has probably the most unique flow in rap (both coasts) and his rhymes are dope but a lot of peeps think his voice is too fucked up. Chali 2na got a nice flow and dope rhymes but i don't think he's the best. Tash has too small a topic range to rap about. I guess it's a coin toss between King Tee and Ras Kass

worst - Dunno. I don't listen to wack shit.

EAST
best - Biggie
worst - Ja Rule (could be Benzino, but I only heard that one diss he made towards Eminem recently. Ja Rule is unavoidable 'cause I got MTV...)
