I know haters wont accept it, but Lil Wayne's freestyle over this beat makes Nipsey's attempt seem amatuerish to say the least.

yer I'm getting a little frustrated with his album pushbacks. I thought he was going to be a rare up and comer that would release his debut without constant pushbacks but he seems like he may fall into that bracket with crooked i, jay rock, bishop lamont etc.

Na, he said the main reason he pushed his album back was because they wanted to focus on Snoops project at the time and he didnt want his album to get overlooked.
But he said its comin in the summer.
