Buck has more or less been consistent besides a small period post g-unit. He fucked up his career but hopefully 50 will just say fuck it and let him go.

He will but it won't be anytime soon. And quite frankly I don't blame him. 50 will release him from his contract when he's old news and no one remembers / cares about him anymore.
