A lot of people are saying BJ Penn should've won. I'm somewhat inclined to agree. BJ looked uninspired but I'd still say he had rounds 1, 2, and 4, but the fight was a little deceptive on the scorers cuz Frankie Edgar didn't stop moving around for a second and looked way more active, despite the fact that Penn was landing more effective shots in the mentioned rounds.

Of course all of this was greatly overshadowed by Anderson Silva's bitchass performance. Silva looked like a g for a couple of rounds, and then you realize the only reason he kept trying to bait Maia was because he was scared of getting caught himself. It's moments like these when I actually appreciate how unprofessional and brutally honest Dana White is, I was very happy to hear him shitting on Silva afterwards.

I would love to watch that fight in slow motion and make note of who had more connecting hits throughout the fight. I bet it was close.

yeah the first 2.5 rds he dominated. The Last 2.5 he didnt even throw any punches, thats not fighting or boxing, its called running around thats not wat people pay for. Dana has every right to pissed off, not like its the first time Anderson has done this. Anderson only fights when he can counter (Forrest, Irvin, Leben, Frankilin) But he never initaites the fight and as a champ he should..Its pathetic the only way u get this guy to fight is by having a guy that comes waning straight fwd throwing lots of blows, its pathetic and makes the sport look bad.
