 I'm guessing the Bane and Killer Croc thing will be addressed in the sequel.  Also, Joker will be back but they're supposed to be using other villains that were mentioned in the first game but didn't actually appear.  I believe Two-Face and Penguin have been mentioned among those.

 Damn, this game is going to be great.  I can't wait for this to drop.  I normally don't even get that excited about video games, but this one's got me hyped.
