One of my favorite Nate Dogg songs ever, the beat is amazing. One of Mel-Man's best for sure. I don't know why but the start of the song always reminded me of some of the music from the James Bond movie "Golden Eye", maybe Mel-Man used some same instruments they did on the movie :D

"Music & Me" is underrated for sure.

What you think about the beat though? You a big Mel-Man fan. Very unique beat, like Pere said.

nate's worst album? lol

Well, officially Nate Dogg only has two albums. "G-Funk Classics" is better than this for sure, but "Music & Me" is good too.

Both G-Funk Classics discs shit all over this album. That digital release (I think it was selftitled?) had very good songs and I still listen to some of them at random.

Music & Me was pop with a hip hop edge. Not one song stood the test of time.

It was never officially released, the bootleg just leaked.

I had the idea of making a sort of petition for a physical release of this record! Who would be done for that??

I mean it's a shame Nate has only 2 solo albums while he officialy debuted in 1992..

Music and Me is a great record, not as classic as G funk classics but still...

Somebody said "Not one song stood the test of time" Common.. just listen to the song "music and me" or "i got love"...

And i feel like everybody has unreleased Nate Dogg material ( Knoc, Shade Sheist, Daz, Fredwreck, Warren G, Dre, Damizza etc..) they should do a nate dogg record, that would please the fans and make nate dogg focused. I'm sure Nate would like his music to be released, you know how much he loves singing and how many times he claimed it!!

"There's one more thing I'd really like for you to do, never leave me alone..."
