Here's my review,

1.  If you're going to listen to a rapper spit 400 bars you're either a fan of his work, a closest fan, or a new listener making a mistake.

2.  This beat can never get old.  Just Blaze made a classic with this one.

3.  Jay Electronica's has not been topped.  This is not debatable to date.

4.  Game vocally delivers as he often does.

5.  Lyrically it's aight.  It falters more depending on  subject matter.  Mostly, his disses on this are, more or less, weak - like most of them have been.  He says a lot but he ain't saying shit.  50 raps less about Game but says more about his entire character.  Yes, I don't like most Game disses.  Get used to it.  The other subject matter is good so I ain't complaining.   
Does anyone buy Game as a gangsta?  Luckily, kind of like Rick Ross, if I view it as an action movie his gangsta talk is listenable.

Do you know how to read?  When you combine "based upon" it's making a hypothesis, as in a prediction.  You quoted those bars because you thought they were hot - signs of Game's lyrical ability.  I disagree and think they're average bars, not an improvement, and don't add to anything.  He isn't say anything new and anything factual.  This is some 4th grade shit.

Why do you bother to come into Game threads?  In nearly every thread related to him, you come in with a negative comment.  If he's that wack to you, why do you bother?

Back to the song, this is dope.  You have to give it up to him for attempting a 20 minute song.  I agree with others that the beat should be switched up but as is, it's dope.  His whole Bars series have not disappointed.
