Conan, that was a great review. I hope you got paid to write it or that people see it and recognize that you're a smart fellow. You dropped a lot of accurate observations in there. Kurupt is one of the greatest and I think most of his corpus is extremely dope - but someone really should tell him to stop the nonsense verses, like the "vicious piranna fishes" or "teradactyl, actyl" kind of stuff.

I'm def coppin Streetlights on 4/20. Y'all should too. Support the kingpin and don't leach this time.

I've listened to the album too and wouldn't of rated it as high..

I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

I'm Burnt and Yessir were both solid songs and album highlights. I was a bit disappointed some of the tracks on the 420 mixtape were a lot better than Streetlight tracks.

Factors that took away from the album:

1.) Whisper Flow (I really wish he would give that flow up.. I guess we're lucky he's stayed away from that flow on DPG tracks)

2.) Terrance Martin (A bit overhyped producer.. should of been more variety in production and only true stand out production was Burnt)
Burnt is boring, so that's not really a great example

So far I really liked it when he used that flow, those songs turned out nice

Gotta disagree big time there. Think he's one of the more exciting young producers in hip hop. He knows what direction he want his beats to go.

Word! and trust me Conan takes his time when reviewing, he soaks up the music, listening over a period of time to get a proper guage on it before he gets to writing and then he goes over it again and again to get the good and and points out of it for the review. Exactly as you say - the way reviews are supposed to be!

Well that beat is 2 of the 14 songs as the remix and the original have the same beat. I personally like the original better as Kurupt delivers much better on it.

In Gotti We Trust sounds like something Dre would of experimented with back in '98 and had potential but Kurupt seems bored on the song. So that would be the 2nd stand out TM production.

At the least Burnt is getting airplay in LA and Portland, I don't know if it is anywhere else but people seem to like it where I live and so do the DJs.

His production seems to take the same direction almost everytime, very simple style and not a lot of variety. I think he may have some potential cause everyonce in a while he comes out with a dope song but he has a lot to learn and thats why I gotta say hes a little overhyped.
